The Story of LiveWell & Fully
LiveWell & Fully is a purpose-driven organisation offering support for women — particularly older women dealing with emotionally complex and challenging circumstances. Their services include online meetups and empowerment sessions to help mothers heal and care for themselves while navigating issues like addiction or mental illness in their adult children.
They’re not a rehab centre. And they’re not a traditional therapy service.
Their work lives in the grey area between emotional resilience, community healing, and empowerment — a niche few others have tackled in this way.
So when they approached us for help with SEO, our first job was to figure out whether SEO was even the right fit.
Our Approach: OCF Analysis
We kicked things off with an OCF Analysis — our flagship audit that covers:
- Opportunity: What keywords are available?
- Competition: Who else is ranking?
- Feasibility: Can this client realistically compete?
Using our proprietary research tools, we:
- Conducted deep keyword research around emotional support, women’s empowerment, and related themes
- Audited the site’s technical SEO, content setup, and backlink profile
- Benchmarked LiveWell & Fully against adjacent competitors in therapy, coaching, and women’s wellness
The results were surprising.
The Reality: SEO Wasn’t the Right Channel
While there was some top- and middle-of-funnel opportunity — such as queries around empowerment, community support, or emotional healing — there was:
❌ Very limited bottom-of-funnel intent
That meant very few people were searching for something specific to what LiveWell & Fully offered — at least in a way that SEO could realistically capture and convert.
Most SEO agencies would’ve tried to force it. But we didn’t.
Instead, we said:
“There’s no point in investing heavily in SEO right now. But here’s what you can do to make the most of your traffic — and move people more effectively through the funnel.”
The Strategy: Website Redesign & Better Funnel Alignment
We presented LiveWell & Fully with a plan to:
- Redesign their website so that it:
- Speaks clearly to their core audience
- Builds trust and emotional connection
- Is optimised for movement between funnel stages
- Speaks clearly to their core audience
- Introduce stronger calls-to-action, particularly on top and middle funnel pages
- Create a better journey from discovery to signup, by:
- Mapping out informational content to relevant services
- Using empathy-led messaging
- Strategically placing CTAs where intent peaks

- Deprioritise SEO as a primary acquisition channel, while still capturing incidental search traffic with helpful, brand-building content. That being said, we did identify some bottom-of-the-funnel opportunities that could be targeted, but they are very limited. Even that is going to be incredibly valuable.
The end result will be a site that doesn’t just attract — but connects.
The Outcome So Far
We’re still in the process of redesigning the site. But the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
